We were buying a couple of small nightstands for our master suite. This is actually the ideal size if all you need is enough bedroom for a little lamp, a publication and a cup. We purchased the driftwood color, which is light gray with plenty of grain. The finish was top quality but it is obvious it is veneer rather than real wood, nonetheless they still look very good. The drawers are better top quality than I expected; you will find a metallic drawer slide under each drawer and there's a stop so the drawer doesn't fall out. The nightstand comes fully assembled; merely screw on the knobs. It is packaged very well so it is not damaged during shipment. It is not very tall; it is about as high as our mattress. We are incredibly happy with our nightstands.
I love the color and texture of the fabric (it's a nice dark grey). The nail-head trim looks excellent too. It was super easy for my husband and I to assemble. I did so use my vitality drill to screw the slats to the sides, this might have been more challenging with just a screwdriver. It got us less than an hour. Our new memory foam bed looks superb on here and everything feels very durable. Oh and delivery was very fast and it's great all the parts came zipped into the headboard. Totally love it!
Simply flip the board over, dry-fit the wallpaper, then follow the directions above to complete the project: a fully wallpapered table top or shelf that is scrub-able and washable and about as kid-proof and teenager-proof as they come. Our fam (hubby and 2 kids) just moved into our 1st house and these tips are perfect, thanks so much, I need them:) I really like your "using cardboard" tip for furniture!
Retractable awnings and large patio umbrellas are low-cost and easy to remove. I have never seen a table setting competition at any of our UK Shows or Fairs I have been to but I have done a fair bit of it setting up photo shoots for the linen firm I used to work for so I have a special interest in the napkin folds on display!
